pex for radiator heating
 

Hi,
I am try to replace some pipes for my heating system.
I wonder if pex tubing is suitable for baseboard radiator heating?
I search on the pex sites and called pex tubing companies. They think it is OK to use the pex. However, my plumber think it is not a good idea.
The boiler's temperature is set to below 170F.
