I I have wierd tap system in bath tub hot water comes through but no hot water, sink & shower close by working checked for stop taps none visible could it be something else I'm experienced in construction have not had this issue before, many thanks

Rebuild the show control valve, sounds like a stuck scald control inside the valve.

Many thanks I believe you are right have looked but cannot find valve anywhere, suggestions? Thanks again for response :-)

If it's a shower control valve made in the last 10 years or so it's inside the shower control, not in the lines going to it.
