Default Sink Strainer Oooops

I seem to find screw ups ... Yesterday, the main restaurant sink had been leaking and somebody had tried to "fix" it without success.

Quick inspection showed the problem ... A long time ago, some newbie had installed the rubber gasket ON TOP instead of using plumber's putty and mounting the gasket from UNDERNEATH. Some people should never pick up a wrench ...

I guess it would cost to much to include instruction for the less experieced.
