Default Tub takes a week to drain

my tub takes forever to drain. The stopper that came with the tub has a huge rubber seal on it, which allows very little water through. It takes about 15 minutes after in outta the shower to drain if not longer. Any ideas?

Thanks

Default yup

Get the hair out of the drain, if it is plastic pipe, I use a pair of long needlenose plyers...carefully...this is usually the issue. If it is galvanized(metal) pipe, change it ....you may have a buildup which is not advisable to remove.

Im worried im going to break it by yanking on it. Im going to try some plyers and see whats hanging out in there. Its metal piping so i may have to just replace it.

Thanks
