acproblem

the problem is in 5 stories 50 unit condo. basically the zoning valve is leaking from underneath the piston and I am unable to turn on heating (water). I suspect the part needs to be replaced. anybody knows approximate cost for parts and labour ? Chicago, IL

It looks like there is only one stop valve . If that's the case it could get hard to work with unless there is no antifreeze in the system and you find a co. that has a freeze pack so they can freeze the lines to make the repairs. It will get costly.
