Roofing Cost in Texas
 

I need to have my roof replaced. What is a fair rate for a tear off and replace job on a 5/12 pitch with about 30 squares? There are not many peaks and valleys in this roof either.

Your replacement cost should soar up to around
$25.00 per 100 sf. to remove.
$85.00 per 100 sf to install.
But there's some alternate "Retrofit" optiions out there that are not only insulated, but also a tax write off too.
