How to remove dry paint?
 

I have old painting supplies including brushes and rollers, and other types of handles to use. What is the best way to remove old paint and varnish from tools. I really don't want to buy new ones. Thanks for any and all help.

You might try paint thinner and a wire brush, or perhaps a wire brush grinder wheel.

I use mastic remover on my tile scraper then grind it with hand grinder or file. Some WD 40 and its back to storage.
