Just purchased 11 acres with a 2 bedroom house that needs alot of work....but for the price we couldn't pass it up.

It sounds like you caught a good spread there, I hope you don't plan to mow all of it.
The button with the sun over the mountains is the "insert image" then you can call the image from another file.
