Hi all.....just purchased a cottage on the lake I grew up on. Only way to afford it was to get a fixer-upper in foreclosure....maybe a big mistake, maybe not. Lots to do. HELP!
Welcome to House Repair Talk, make youself at home and congrats on the cottage! You may have to invest a lot of effort but it will be worth it when you are finished. Don't forget progress pics.
