Default First big project and new to the site!

Hey everybody! I'm undertaking a renovation of a 1950 apartment and OMG does it need work.... there's at least 4 coats of paint on the wrought iron staircase (as well as everything else).... hardwood floors that need to be refinished, tile work needs to be done in the kitchen and bath.... just a mess! Hope to gain some knowledge and more than a little help and few suggestions from yall over the next few weeks/months!

Welcome. Many of us here started with old apartments, so we understand.

Staci, I just looked at your pics of progress, what are you doing to the hard wood floors?

I've just visit your home and it's pretty nice. I like the way you renovate an old house.
