How yal doin? Im new here been looking around and have a few plan with home improvements. Number one on that list is a bar in the now empty room. Seen the threads really great work.

Welcome, the best is to learn from others mistakes. First on your list should be checkiing the floor structure. It just isn't fun having the house done when you find something the should have been addressed first. Good luck

OK, that makes sense. I've only been through Texas a few times, but I sure did like all the wide open spaces. I was always fascinated by seeing a big gate with an arch over the top, the name of the Ranch but no house in sight. It was too far away for the naked eye to see it.
