Hi ya'll
We sign papers tomorrow on a house in the very western part of Colorado that was built in 1949 and in need of repairs, so we will be asking lots of questions.
I think I have remodeled/repainted/refinished/tiled/wallpapered/ etc every place I've lived in, just can't leave well enough alone!
You can expect to see me around with lots of questions and hopefully I will also have some answers for others!:)

It feels strange to have a house as old as you are, doesn't it? We live in a house that I watched being built while I was in high school. Its only a couple of doors from the school and we would watch and make comments on the way to the corner drug, soda fountain.
BTW you are close to my generation; I have a sister a year younger than you. So, will this one be the retirement home?
