Hi! everyone and this is a great community here!! I just finished my military contract and moved in with my sister while I am going to college to save some money.

Anyway, The house is in decent shape but needs a lot of TLCs. I was an aviation mechanic, so I have somewhat knowledge on basic stuffs plus I could turn wrench pretty good. I'm a noob at Home Improvement and might need your advices from time to time..
