Hello from Oregon
Hey Everyone,
This looks like a great place to help and be helped. For the last 20 years I have been in the resort management business, doing everything from plunging toilets (not so much any more), to building and remodeling condos. I have also gutted and renovated three of my own residences (still married to the same woman, too!).
The most exciting place in a home, in my opinion, is the garage. Consequently, one of my passions is researching and writing about that specific topic on the web.
