Default Hey guys!!!
New to the forum/site and thought I'd introduce myself.

I'm shopping for a house in Miami and am finding there is so little I know about alot of things.

Hope you all don't mind me picking a few brains, and hopefully before you know it I'll be a contributing member of the community!!!

There is an 8 thousnad dollar tax credit, for first time home owners. Good till December.
