Hi from tiny Sequim Wash.
 

Hello everyone,
I inherited a 1928-900sf/1bdrm 1bath with a half basement.
I have a list amile long of things i need to do to this place
*level house
*new exterior doors
*new windows
*update wiring
*update plumbing
*redesign interior(take out walls/add new walls)
*new siding
*remodel kitchen/bathroom
I'm a little scared:eek:, I'm 48 and have never done anything of this magnitude.
My experience consists of building a couple of decks and replacing a door,
I might be asking some stupid questions now and then :confused:so please bare with me.

Don't worry about the stupid questions, we volunteers sometimes give stupid answers...not really.:D
