Howdy from Foster City, CA!
 

Hey there!
My name is Brian, I'm a rental investor and landlord originally from Baltimore, currently living in Foster City, CA. I travel with my girlfriend, a travel nurse, and usually move every three months.
I own 13 rental properties back home, and from the road I do photography and regularly consult for online real estate resources, a service for landlords and property managers.
When I'm home, I try to do as many repairs as I can myself, on my rental properties, to keep costs down, so I'm constantly looking for new tips, tricks, and techniques.
