I don't remember seeing any land prices on here but you may get some answers. I know there have been many Amish and Menonites who have sold their land in Ohio and Pensylvania and bought land near Hopkinsville, KY and in TN. I understand the prices down here are 1/2 to 1/4 of the prices there.
