Intro
 

Hey Everyone!
I'm excited to be joining my first forum! I am however losing excitement about my remodel :(
I hope to find a lot of good information and hopefully renew my motivation.

I bought a repo in Dec. '09. The house was built in 1950 and aside from a few layers of paint, nothing has been updated or repaired. Its on a 1/2 acre lot that has not been well cared for either.

It goes without saying, I have a lot of work on my plate.
