Hello, my name is Kim Carnes and I own Carnes Home Inspections. I have been in construction for over 30 years and I am excited to have a resource like this to bounce ideas off people, hopefully provide some advice, and learn, learn, learn everything that I can. I am new to the whole internet forum thing, but a colleague of mine said I should check out this website because it has a lot of great information.
