Just thought I'd say hello
 

Hello!

I'm in the process of taking my grandmother's house built in 1855, and turning it into a Rooming house. I want to utilise the whole house attic and basement. This will be a "fun" challange. I never done any house repairs before. But I plan to start by gutting the house and doing the wiring and plumming.
My normal past time is to drag home 1960's chevies from the junkyard and fix them up. The first one I did, and learned from there. So it's only proper for me to jump right into a huge project like this!
I have a lot of support from my brothers, who both had their hands in these type projects before. It will be great to be able to bounce ideas off everybody here also.
