New homeowner, let the work begin!
 

Hey everyone, I just purchased a 17 year old two story fully detached home with 2x6 construction on a treated wood foundation. Home inspection went off without a hitch, absolutely no signs of moisture in the basement. The basement is about 80% finished, I will be putting in a full bathroom, drop ceiling, and flooring. Their are also cosmetic things to do, remove wallpaper and paint ect. I don't know much about home renovations so I'm here to learn all I can.
