Default New to House Repair

I everyone. Well i am looking forward to reading more on this site. I am about to be a first time home buyer. The house i am looking at currently has a dirt basement. Well can't say much about that but the rest of the house is livable but will be restored. So for now i don't really have much for questions. Read a interesting thread about lifting a house to pour a crawl space underneath. That will be a project that i probably will be undertaking in the future so that i can have a basement in my house in stead of a dungeon.

Looking forward to reading and posting on this site.

Hey Jonathan!

We'll be looking forward to your posts and updates. Buying a house is a thing that some may be intersted in. Start posting a journal of the slow progress if you want. It may be good for a laugh or a few memories for those of us who are homeowners.

Come on in, pull up a chair and tell us all about it!
