New to houses.

I'm Greg. I live in Lake Worth. I'm thinking about getting into real estate as in a landlord situation. If I do that I would like to do the most amount of my own repairs that I can.

Welcome, and not a bad idea... however have fun dealing with the landlord\tenant relationshop.

Best of luck to you.... Live in Ft Worth and let me tell ya, rental properties that are nice, affordable and safe are few and far between.... so push to fill that gap!

Hey Houser,
Welcome!
I've just purchased a 1920 duplex in Oregon City. There is quit a bit of work that can be done. I need to choose my batles wisely. I think now's a good time to buy and having someone paying part of the mortgage is smart.
