um, yea. Is this going to be a second home, or will you be sleeping in a tent during the referb.

A suggestion. From the View off the porch, it might be a good idea to look into getting your power cables burried if you can. It will make the view a lot nicer.

Oh, I had to make other arrangements until I get it semi-livable. The power is going underground, but that's pretty far down on my list... I'll worry about that after I figure out where to put the wet bar and humidor. :)
