New member, old house.
 

Hey All,

I live in a 108 year old house in Nashville. Just like me, it's got its charms and its issues. I am a diy-aholic; which sometimes is charming and sometimes is an issue. I'm an occasional lurker on this forum and finally joined because of a post that details work I'm doing right now. So I figured I'd ask some questions and get some wisdom so as to avoid issues outweighing charms with my house.
