New to Mold

I am trying to teach my self about mold and all the aspects of it. So I googled mold removal forums and I came across this site.

Living in a sub-tropical and very humid climate gives you a real challenge to keep mold away. Many folks use bleach water and a stiff brush to get rid of it and some even use vinegar on it. For outdoor mold a power sprayer is very efficient.
Once you clean it up you will need lots of ventilation and as much sunshine as you can get into the house.

First about bleach...
It disinfects not cleans.
All surfaces with mold should be cleaned before disinfecting.

On pourous surfaces bleach may make things worse...
