'Nother new guy

Hi all,
I'm Eric and I've been reading the forum for a while now, but decided to register as my wife and I are buying a house and I'm sure I'll have plenty to ask/discuss here!
I've been in the US Air Force for a little over 22 years now, and until now we've only rented. So this is actually our first house. It's very exciting, and a little scary, too.
Just wanted to say hi!

We're just under 12 hours from closing on the house. . . so getting really excited! Hopefully all will go well tomorrow and we'll have a castle of our very own.
