Thinking about buying an old boarded-up house...
Hey Y'all,
I'm JayTee, new to this site and I live in Atlanta. I've been looking at houses that are boarded-up and are selling for a song. Some of them should be torn down but some actually have mucho po-ten-chil! I shall keep you posted.
Nice to meet everyone, and wish me luck!

Good luck with your endeavor. I'm sure there are bargains there for someone who does their homework before buying.
Please let us know what you find - good and bad.
