Anyone have experience with porch elevators?
 

Yep my wife bought one on ebay, and yep I have to put it in. Doesn't look like a big deal but if anyone has actually installed one I am sure they have valuable information I could use. Also uses VFD controls, frankly I don't know what that is or if it is important for me to know. Here is the specific unit verandavator.com

Now to ask the clear you know this elevator is not for people to ride in. It is really what used to be called a dumb waiter. I think most communities have strict regulations for elevators even residential cargo elevators.
