If those circumstances are present, take your time and don't button up the wall till you're sure the leak is not a problem.
Noted. I'll be well into spring, and probably summer for that matter before all the demolition is completed. Lots of old crap to remove. After that, I'm having a concrete company come in and resurface and either stain and polish, or epoxy the slab. Plenty of months away from putting up a single stud, hopefully we'll have a couple good rains in there to verify there is no longer a water intrusion issue.
