Default Bathroom Ceiling Question
bathroom was done in regular sheet rock. I have gutted down to the studs, except for the ceiling. Should I scrap the popcorn texture off, prime with Kilz a do a knockdown finish or hang green rock over the existing?

which ever works for you. If you want smooth, it will be easyer to take it down unless you are on top floor, Insulation would be a consideration.
