that is what i'v been reading.today my wive call broan to confirm that i put insulation around the fan housing per there instruction.however he did not say how much.ah well i do like the look and it is quiet.i guess i just tell my tenant to make sure to run it at least 15min.

Make sure you have a good gap between the door and the floor. If air can't get into the bathroom the fan can't work.
