I have a fog left from grouting. The mops that I am using from home depot (tile dept.) do not seem to be picking up the fog at all. The haze just spins around on the tile. I have tried cotton clothes also. Any suggestions?

use a good quality sponge and rinse it out frequently.

Yes, lots of washing and rinsing sponge frequently. After everything is dry you can/should buff the tiles with a dry cloth. You can use the stuff sold at the homecenter for this purpose or just use some old towels or washcloths.
