Default Concrete counter tops

Anyone here have concrete counter tops? If so did you make them yourself? Debating on installing them when I remodel the kitchen.

I have the Tauton Press book on concrete countertops takes you through the whole thing start to finish. There is kind of a lot to it, but I also think that depends of how fancy you want to go.

Somewhere there is a website with some extensive information by some guy that apparently has a lot of experience at concrete countertops and doesn't mind sharing the info. Just can't remember how I stumbled into it one day or where it is. I think it is a link on a concrete associations website somewhere.

There are several web sites for this:

http://www.naturalhandyman.com/iip/a...counter-a.shtm

http://www.doityourself.com/info/concretecountertops

http://www.concretenetwork.com/concr...arysimpson.htm

Hope this helps somewhat...

Just my two cents for what its worth, and a wee bit extra for the collection plate...

Jesse
