How would you frame this awkward corner spot? This space will be used as a walk in closet. The master bedroom is behind the insulated door.

It appears that you are already complete, other than the access door to the area behind the knee wall.

Why so you have house wrap on the inside of your house?

Just extend the rafters below the valley board to behind your top plate and the angle will dissapear.
