Y heat is set at 68. The air coming from my vents is not cool, but not very warm at all either. Is something wrong or do I just need to turn the temperature up?

Did you happen to check the other registers in the house? Is this second floor? Take a meat thermometer and stick it in the register(s) see what that's reading.
