So my ceiling angles after you enter the kitchen it starts at 7'6" and goes down to 6'6" I cant find any pictures of any nice kitchens with a similar slant. I would like to put cabinets in but it just doesn't seem possible with this angle. If I get some time this weekend I will take some pictures to show what I am working with. The previous owners did some odd things to this house and I want to make it something I can be proud of.

You could use some shorter wall cabinets in the lower area. Such as a range or refrigerator topper. OR, your best bet would be to have someone to custom build the cabinets to fit the space; that way you could taper them down on the side walls too.

Ooo I like that. I hadn't thought about doing that. I had only looked at the prefabs that they sell at Lowes Thanks
