Hubby wants herbs

My husband wants to start growing our own herbs so I was wanting to find out the best ones to start with and how to start growing them. I am new to growing herbs so any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Herbs are no different from anything else. There are dozens of varieties. Some are annual and some are eperennial and they all grow in different climates and soil. Go to the garden centre, look at the seed packages and choose a combination of what will work and what you want to eat.
