Default repair my Styrofoam

i have 14 year old styrofoam and concrete house i get water coming in under the wall and in some areas the stucco has cracked or had holes knocked in it and Styrofoam has melted for better lack of words how do i repair this. also i would like to replace the windows and doors.

What your probably experiencing is the breakdown of the styrofoam due to UV rays.
Maybe you can cut out the rotted portion and glue on a fresh piece to replace it.
Maybe some spray foam would build it back up for you.
