I’m living in Minneapolis village i have a house which i want to sell. im not getting a good price for it like the houses in ST. Paul because my house needs an extensive rehab and need to remodel the roof. Well i donot know where to go or is there any who can tell me from where i can fix it in a minimum price and my house is look like the houses in St. Paul neighbourhoods.

I would talk to your hometown Realtor. They will give you any advice on what your market is like. That means , weather or not you should sell it as is, or fix it up.
They would be your best bet if you are unsure.
In fact ,talk to a couple of Realtors, they are not that busy this time of year.
Good luck with your search, ask neighbors or someone you trust for a referral.
