The two most important rooms in a home to upgrade are the bathroom and the kitchen in terms of increased value and sales appeal. This week's ShortCuts column deals with an inexpensive way to bring your kitchen up to date and a couple of neat tricks to do it.

Graham you are correct. I do lots of work for real estate agencies and I know for a fact that it's the kitchen and bathrooms that sell or even rent homes.
