In my case, slow but unsteady. Depends on how fast the leaves grow on the money tree and how business goes I fix houses.... Itsa' little slow....

The baths are done except for nagging details like I made them too airtight. I'll either trim up the door bottoms or stick in vents. The kitchen was not a remodel but complete replacement of cabinets, floor, paint and junking a bifold door. Most of the rotting siding I got done. I tend to chicken out after 24 vertical feet so I'm cheating and hiring a fireplace company to do my chimney chase cap, flue, and fire box.

Before and after of rotting chase.

The baths. 4th pic shows the diff between regular baseboard and my built-up. First pic is a recycled mantel.
