I plan to do waterproofing and wanted to know what the best basement waterproofing technique is. Thanx.

Get rid of the water from around and under the foundation. By doing this, the junk that is applied does not really have to do much. Anything applied is minimal in the long term and there are a lot of questionable products out there.
