Default Workout DVDs

I am thinking about buying some DVDs that can help motivate me to get into better shape.

Has anyone used any series with any success? Pros/Cons?

Stuff from The Firm works wonders. Results begin soon, sure in 10 weeks. They've been in business for 20 years, out in California. They have a new DVD workout set out, I don't know about that one. But all their other stuff has been great. You can buy them from Amazon (DVD or VHS) or from The Firm (at firmdirect.com). Amazon is usually cheaper. They also have sets you can buy, which include the steps and vids. Sometimes find them in Costco/TJMaxx, etc. Great stuff. They balance aerobic moves with weights.

I went from a size 16 to a size 6.... not kidding... (not in 10 weeks... took a bit longer!!!!!) lol
