Default Foundation Lock Causing Window Lock Problems
Due to foundation problems, the window in the attached photo appears crooked where the upper and lower panes meet and will no longer lock on the right hand side (looking out). What is the recommended fix for this?

The proper fix would be to re-level the house, the quick fix would be to pull and re-level the window.
