Just wanted to know who would be the best person to have do this
project. Only have women in the house and no men - so need to
have someone do it for me.

Would a handyman be good or should I go with a more professional?

Often the framing for a bi-fold is smaller than that of a regular door and will have to be changed. If the wall that has this door is a load bearing wall there will be a header above and will most likely need to be changed. Many handymen will have the skills to do the job and many pros, aren't,t smart enough to check for a header.
