How many light switches can be on a 20 amp breaker. And how many rec on a 20 amp

Post your location. It makes a difference on the answer you get.
In Canada you can have as many switches as you need on a circuit, however you can not have any lights on a 20 amp circuit. In Canada you can have up to 12 devices on a circuit.
