Do any of you know if the make light fixtures with attached plugin any more? I have an old bathroom fixture with plug-in that my wife uses to run her curling iron and she says it's just "too handy" to swap out. Any suggestions?

No because they are not ground faulted. You could use a combo switch plug if it is handy to the vanity. You should still have it ground faulted which you could change the breaker for that cercuit.
