Wires Coming From Ceiling
(C-DB) - Double Wound Black Wire
(C-DW) - Double Wound White Wire (Black Wire Painted White)
(C-SB) - Single Black Wire

Wires Coming from Fan
(F-B) - Single Black
(F-BW) - Single Black w/ White Stripe
(F-W) - Single White

Combinations I've Tried and Result
(F-W):(C-DW) (C-DB):(F-B) (C-SB):(F-BW) = Fan Works, Light Doesn't, Switch Doesn't

(F-W):(C-DW) (C-DB):(F-B):(F-BW) = Fan and Light Work, Switch Doesn't

(F-W):(C-DW) (C-DB):(F-BW) (C-SB):(F-B) = Fan and Switch Work; Light Doesn't

Again, would really appreciate any help you can provide.

Is this fan controlled by a light switch?
Do you have the instructions for the fan?
Do you have a voltmeter to test the wires?
What do you mean by double wound?

It is a single switch on the wall that should control power to the whole box.
I do have the instructions for the fan
I do have a voltmeter to test the wires.
By "double wound" I meant that to me it looked like a couple of thick, twisted single wires.

Use the voltmeter to see if the switch is controlling power to the box.
Find out which wires it controls & determine the neutral wire(s).
Follow the instructions for the fan per your findings in the box from the voltmeter test.
Usually, you'll have 1 switch for the light and another switch for the fan.
The instructions should tell you which wire is for fan and which wire is for the light the remaining wire will be the fan neutral.

From your notes, the following should work but, both the fan and the light will be turned on/off by the switch.

(F-W)-(C-DW) (C-SB)-(F-BW)-(F-B)
